Kris Bessinger joined Infinia in June 2011 as Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Bessinger has more than 27 years of proven leadership experience in operations, material control and human resource management. Prior to Infinia, Ms. Bessinger spent 17 years at Autoliv ASP, Inc., where she held a variety of leadership positions including Plant Manager, Director of Kaizen Systems and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for the Americas.
Ms. Bessinger has a strong background in the development and implementation of lean business systems and previously served on the board of directors of the Utah Manufacturing Association from 2003 – 2009.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and business and an interdisciplinary master’s degree in economics, business and human resource management from Utah State University.
