Terms of Service
The rules for using the site. Short, and written to be read.
Last updated 8 August 2026
1. Agreement
By using zerogtalent.com you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. Zero G Talentis operated by an individual, not a company, and "we" below means that operator.
2. What this service is — and is not
We aggregate job listings published by employers on their own public applicant-tracking systems, and we publish company, salary and industry information alongside them.
We are not:
- an employer, a recruiter, or an employment agency;
- a party to any application, interview or hiring decision;
- able to influence whether an employer reads your application or replies to it.
When you click Apply you leave this site and deal directly with the employer under their terms.
3. Listings may be wrong or out of date
We refresh listings from employer systems automatically, but a role can be filled, withdrawn or changed without that being reflected here, and a source feed can stop responding without warning. Salary figures are those the employer disclosed, converted where necessary, and are estimates rather than offers.
Treat everything on this site as a starting point to verify with the employer, not as a guarantee. We provide it as-is and do not warrant that any listing is current, accurate or complete.
4. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not impersonate anyone. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape or bulk-download the site — we publish a free JSON API for automated access, and it is the supported route;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share — including a resume that is not yours;
- use the contact details of people or companies published here to send unsolicited bulk email.
6. Posting jobs
Employers can post roles through the hiring page. The price, the number of posts, the listing duration and whether the purchase renews are all shown on the checkout screen before you pay — that screen is authoritative, and these terms deliberately do not restate the figures so the two can never disagree.
- What you are buying is a listing for a stated period. If you chose a renewing plan, it continues until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the management dashboard.
- Your content. You confirm the role is real, that you are entitled to advertise it, and that your listing is lawful and not discriminatory. You grant us permission to display and distribute it, including in search results and our API.
- We may decline or remove a listing that breaks these terms or does not fit the frontier tech focus of the site. If we remove a paid listing for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion.
- Refunds. If the service does not do what was described, email us and we will sort it out. We would rather refund you than argue.
7. Content and intellectual property
The design, code and original writing on this site belong to us. Job listings and company information belong to the organisations that published them and are shown here for the purpose of connecting them with candidates. Anything you submit stays yours; you give us the permission needed to display it.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost opportunities or earnings, or for anything arising out of your dealings with an employer. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, if you are a candidate, is nothing, because the site is free for you.
9. Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Paid listings already running are honoured unless they are the reason for the suspension.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of a particular state must apply, it is that of the operator's place of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
12. Contact
