About
A job board for the people building rockets, aircraft, robots and the models that run them.
What this is
Zero G Talent tracks open roles across the frontier tech industry — space, defense, AI and robotics — and puts them in one place. Right now that is 36,899 open roles at 1,998 companies, alongside salary data, company profiles and the people who work at them.
The industry has a discovery problem rather than a shortage problem. Hundreds of companies are hiring engineers, technicians, machinists and analysts, and almost none of that reaches the people who would be good at it — because it sits on a few hundred separate careers pages nobody thinks to check.
How it works
We read job listings straight from the systems employers already use to publish them — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Workable, USAJOBS and others — and refresh them every hour. Nothing is retyped by hand, so what you see is what the employer published.
When you find something, the Apply button sends you to that employer's own application form. We are not in the middle of it: there is no profile to complete first, no recruiter forwarding your resume, and no fee. We do not see your application at all.
What we try to do differently
- Free, and no wall. Every listing, salary figure and company page is readable without an account.
- Real salary data. Aggregated from the ranges employers actually disclosed in their postings, currency-normalised, and only shown where there are enough data points to mean anything.
- Built for machines too. There is a free JSON API, so you can point your own tools or an AI agent at the same data instead of scraping it.
- Focused. This is not a general job board with a space filter bolted on. Roles outside the industry do occasionally slip in through a source feed; tell us and we will pull them.
Who runs it
One person. Zero G Talent is not a company — it is built and operated by a single developer, which is worth knowing for two reasons: replies come from the person who wrote the code, and there is no support organisation behind it. Email lands directly with them.
It pays for itself through employers posting roles and a paid tier on the resume scanner. Candidates are not the product — we do not sell personal data, as spelled out in the privacy policy.
What it is not
We are not a recruiter or an agency, we have no relationship with the companies whose roles we list, and we cannot influence or chase an application. Listings can also go stale when an employer's feed stops updating — if you spot one, telling us is genuinely the fastest way it gets fixed.
Get in touch
Employers can post a role. For anything else, the contact page lists where to write — or start with the current openings.
