Marketing Intern - Creative Role

Asendia AI is an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps staffing firms find, engage, and place candidates more efficiently. We’re one of the best-performing startups in our batch and recently raised an oversubscribed seed round backed by leading investors.

We’re now expanding our team and looking for talented Marketing Interns to join us for Q4. This will be an exciting period of growth as we sponsor and host industry events, launch new marketing initiatives, and expand Asendia AI’s presence across the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing channels
• Support conferences, sponsorships, and networking events
• Capture and share event photos, videos, and key takeaways
• Assist with outreach before and after events
• Research industry trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities
• Help create presentations, promotional materials, and campaigns
• Track marketing performance and suggest new growth ideas

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, AI, recruiting, and startups
• Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Comfort representing Asendia AI at professional events
• Canva, video-editing, or email-marketing experience is a plus

This internship offers hands-on experience in event marketing, content creation, partnerships, and startup growth. You’ll work directly with the Asendia AI team, contribute to meaningful projects, and help shape the voice of a fast-growing AI company.
