Asendia AI is building the AI operating system for staffing agencies. Staffing is a $500B+ industry still running on manual phone screens, gut-feel candidate scoring, and recruiters drowning in repetitive calls. We're replacing that entire workflow with voice AI agents that screen, verify, and score candidates 24/7, then feed structured data directly back into the agency's ATS. Our AI agent "Sarah" conducts live phone interviews, detects fraud, evaluates candidate fit, and hands recruiters a scored shortlist instead of a pile of resumes. We're already live with staffing agencies across the US and Europe, running thousands of automated screens across healthcare, IT, and blue-collar verticals. Co-Founder and CTO of Asendia AI. I'm an AI engineer turned founder, building the recruitment engine that's replacing manual screening for staffing agencies. Before Asendia, I spent six years at Infineon after studying Electrical Engineering at TU Munich, but what really shaped me was traveling, meeting people everywhere, and never being able to stop connecting dots between them.
