We aggregate compensation data from three sources: (1) US Department of Labor H1B Labor Condition Applications, which require employers to disclose salary bands publicly; (2) salary ranges that companies post directly on their job listings; and (3) verified community submissions from current and former employees. Every data point includes its source so you can judge confidence.

Yes — submitting comp data is anonymous and takes about two minutes. As a thank-you we grant 30 days of Pro access to the Resume Scanner (no card required). All submissions go through manual moderation before going live.

How often is the data updated?

Accepted Answer

H1B filings are refreshed quarterly when DOL publishes new data. Job-listing salary bands are re-ingested hourly via our ATS pipeline. Community submissions appear within 24-48 hours of moderator approval.
