Chief of Staff

MorphoAI (YC + ARIA-backed, $6M+ pre-seed). I’m Ayna, I build 2 hardware companies before (last one is at Series B). My co-founder Andrew Spielberg is a professor of electrical engineering and robotics at Carnegie Mellon.

We’re building hardware foundation models that enable generation of manufacturing ready designs across a variety of hardware: robotics, aerospace, data centers, power equipment, and more. We're bringing to life 40+ papers written by the team at MIT and Harvard (differentiable simulation, gen-AI design, optimization co-design) to enable mechanical engineers to build more hardware designs. We're a team of 9 (2 MIT PhD; Forbes u30; serial founders; and much of our team comes from deploying hardware at Amazon Robotics), already doubled this year and looking to grow the team.

I'm hiring for a chief of staff, who will work directly with me on being a jack of all trades: strategy, ops, sales and marketing, whatever if the highest leverage thing for the business in that moment. The role is a little bit of everything, and you’ll see how decisions are made at the top. London based, in person with our team.
