About the Role

Clinikally is looking for a Chief of Staff to offer direct support to our CEO and broader team. We are uplifting dermatology, haircare, and wellness in India. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to ensure our vision is brought to life across every corner of the business. You will be a vital part of our engineering-first and AI-native consumer health company. You will help us scale our clinical range, so that it reaches its full market potential.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the ultimate generalist, weaving through strategy, operations, product, and growth to ensure we are all aligned and moving fast towards our ambitious goals.

• Leading Key Projects: Take the reins on high-priority cross-functional initiatives. This includes anything from mapping out a new market strategy for launching a new line of products.
• Smoothing Out Operations: Help us fine-tune internal processes and spot roadblocks to keep us running smoothly. You will ensure our supply chain of Ceramide Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer, etc., and operational workflow stay ahead of our growth.
• Crafting Our Story: Prepare important communications and reports for investors and partners. You will clearly articulate our impact in the product categories like SPF sunscreens and medical-grade wellness.
• Being the Founder's Right Hand: Act as a trusted thought partner for the Founder and CEO. You will dive into research and execution for the next phase of our ceramide serum and overall digital health roadmap.
• Connecting the Dots: Foster great communication between our leadership team and departments including tech, product, and marketing. You will help align everyone around the science of our hair growth serum and personalized treatment plans.
• Solving What's Next: Jump in to solve unexpected challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling our hair growth tablets and specialized dermatology marketplace.

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, VC, or a high-growth startup.
• Seriously organized with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects without dropping the ball.
• A sharp analytical mind that loves digging into data to solve problems and make smart decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to get your point across clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders.
• A self-starter with grit who takes initiative and owns their work.
• Comfort with the ambiguity and fast-paced nature of startup life.

• Crafting Our Story: Prepare high-stakes communications and reports for investors and partners. You will clearly articulate our market impact across product categories and medical-grade wellness solutions.
• Acting as the Founder's Right Hand: Serve as a trusted thought partner for the Founder and CEO. You will dive into research and execution for the next phase of the digital health roadmap.
• Connecting the Dots: Foster seamless communication between leadership and departments including tech, product, and marketing. You will align teams around the science of our products and personalized treatment plans.
• Solving What's Next: Jump in to solve unexpected challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling our hair growth tablets and specialized dermatology marketplace.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, VC, or a high-growth startup.
• Organizational Mastery: The ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.
