Marinda Luk

Marinda is responsible for all finance operations at Initialized including reporting, taxes, and audits. She also manages human resources and firm FP&A. Prior to Initialized, she was the senior fund account at 500 Startups as well as local hedge fund Mountain Lake Investment, Before that, she was auditor at State Street Bank. She served as an inaugural board member to Women in Finance, a community dedicated to cultivating the personal and professional development of females in finance. Marinda is an avid scuba diver, regularly traveling far and wide to find the best underwater adventures, and loves fine cinema. She has watched over 2,000 films and has even worked on the set of a feature production.
