Andrew Sather

Andrew is an investor specializing in frontier technology, space, and robotics. As a serial entrepreneur, he has co-founded multiple companies. His first startup, Adjacency, developed groundbreaking product design and technology for some of the world’s leading brands and was subsequently acquired by Sapient. He brings a wealth of expertise in branding, award-winning product design, business strategy, team building, and scaling startups to our portfolio. Prior to joining Initialized, Andrew co-founded and served as CEO of Span Digital, a deep tech consultancy. Before that, he cofounded companies and built brands across various sectors, including technology, design, fashion, talent acquisition, and e-commerce.
