Becca works with the administrative team to manage the SF office and support the greater Initialized team. Prior to Initialized, Becca served in operational roles spanning various sectors, from healthcare non-profits to collegiate athletics. As an avid athlete, Becca has been involved in rugby since 2014 and has held multiple positions in club leadership, most notably as club president, Women’s Premier League operations manager, and treasurer. In their free time, Becca enjoys rock climbing, pickleball, and hiking with their best dog friend, Louis.
