Marcos de Barros Lisboa

Mr. Marcos de Barros Lisboa has been an Executive Officer of Unibanco-União de Bancos Brasileiros S.A., at Unibanco Holdings S.A since July 2006. Mr. de Barros Lisboa served as a Vice Chief Executive Officer of Itaú Unibanco S.A. since April 2010 and its Executive Officer from November 2008 to April 2010. He served as a Superintendent Officer of Itaú Seguros S.A. since March 2011 and its Officer from March 2009 to March 2011. Mr. de Barros Lisboa served as the Vice Chief Executive Officer of UNIBANCO - União de Bancos Brasileiros S.A since April 2010 and its Executive Officer from July 2006 to October 2009. He served as the President of IRB - Brasil Resseguros S.A. Mr. de Barros Lisboa was responsible for the operational risk and efficiency area of the executive directors' office. He served as Head of Insurance Operations at Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. since April 2011 and served as its Executive Vice President. He served as an Executive Officer of Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. since April 29, 2009. He served as a Secretary of Economic Policy at Finance Ministry from 2003 to 2005 and as Chief Executive Officer of Brazilian Reinsurance Institute (Instituto deResseguros do Brasil - IRB) from 2005 to 2006. He held academic posts in the U.S. and Brazil, including at the Department of Economics at Stanford University and at the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He serves as a Vice Chairman of Itauseg Particpacoes S.A. He has been an Executive Director of Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. since April 29, 2009. Mr. de Barros Lisboa serves as an Executive Director of Unibanco-Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A., and Itau Unibanco S.A., Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. He has been a Director of AIG Brasil Cia. de Seguros and Unibanco AIG Seguros S.A. since 2008. He has been a Director of Natura Cosméticos SA since April 2011. He serves as a Director of Dibens Leasing-Arrendamento Mercantil. Mr. de Barros Lisboa has been a Counselor at Porto Seguro SA since July 2011, Itaú Unibanco Participações S.A. since May 2011 and of Dibens Leasing S.A. - Arrendamento Mercantil since April 2009. Mr. de Barros Lisboa holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Economics from Rio de Janeiro Federal University (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro) and a PhD in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, United States of America.
