Claudia Politanski

Mr. Claudia Politanski has been a Vice President of Itau Unibanco S.A. since February 21, 2013. Ms. Politanski has been an Executive Director of Itaú Unibanco Holding SA since November 2008 and serves as its general legal counsel. Ms. Politanski is responsible for the legal and compliance legal divisions of the executive directors' office. Ms. Politanski serves as General Counsel and Legal and Tax Executive Officer at Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco) and is responsible for providing the legal support related to the activities in banking, capital markets, investments, mergers and acquisitions and for the legal support related to the corporate work of all its controlled companies. Ms. Politanski served as Deputy Officer of Legal Support - Banking, Capital Markets, Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions and Officer of Corporate Legal Department at Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco), a subsidiary of Unibanco Holdings S.A. Ms. Politanski joined Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco) in 1991. She served as Officer of Unibanco Holdings S.A. She serves as an Executive Director of Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco). Ms. Politanski holds a law degree from the Universidade de Sao Paulo in 1992. She holds a Master's degree in laws, or LL.M., from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Funda??o Dom Cabral, Minas Gerais.
