ABOUT THE ROLE

A few hundred of our customers behave completely differently from everyone else. They are not checking one property — they are buying, lending against or diligencing many, and they come back every few weeks. Between them they place our largest orders and account for a disproportionate share of revenue.

Today they wait in the same queue as everyone else. This role changes that.

You will own a named book of those clients: know what each one is working on, be reachable, anticipate what they need next, and be accountable when something slips.

We are hiring 4 VIP Client Advisors.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• A named book of clients — developers, lenders, brokers, law firms and repeat buyers
• Regular contact that is not triggered by a problem. Knowing what a client is working on before they ask.
• Growth of the book: renewals, expansion, and referrals from people who trust you
• Escalation. When a client's order is stuck, you are the person who gets it moving.
• The client's voice inside the company. What this group needs is usually what the product needs next.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a big job and we are deliberately giving it to people early in their careers who are hungry for it. Around 1–3 years of experience is typical. What matters is presence, not tenure.

• You are unusually well spoken. These clients are lenders, developers and lawyers, and you will often be the youngest person in the conversation. You have to hold the room anyway.
• Genuine composure. People with money at stake will call you when something goes wrong.
• You want to own something rather than be handed tasks
• You will learn title, encumbrance and registration properly. We will teach you.
• Fluent English and Telugu or Hindi. A third Indian language is a real advantage.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person
• Graduates from any discipline

COMPENSATION

₹6.5L – ₹7.5L fixed, plus ₹2.3L – ₹4.7L variable. On-target earnings ₹8.8L – ₹12.2L.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• 30 days — you have spoken personally to every client in your book
• 90 days — you can say what each client is working on without checking
• 1 year — measurable growth in revenue and retention across the book, and clients who ask for you by name

INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. Intro call (30 min)
2. Client conversation (60 min) — we share a client profile in advance; you plan and run the first meeting
3. Cross-functional round (45 min) with operations and product
4. Founder conversation (45 min)

We move fast. The whole process takes about a week.
