ABOUT THE ROLE

Most people come to Landeed with one small question about a property — one document, one search. What they often actually need is the full picture: the title chain, the encumbrances, the disputes, the verification a bank will accept.

Your job is that conversation. You call people who have just bought something small, work out what they are actually trying to do, and tell them honestly what it would take to be sure. When that means a bigger product, you sell it. When it does not, you say so — in this business an oversold customer becomes a refund and a bad review.

We are hiring 8 Property Advisors. We care far more about how you think and how you speak than how many years you have worked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call customers who have just bought a search, in their own language, while the purchase is still fresh
• Work out what someone is really worried about before pitching anything
• Convert against a monthly target — the variable is uncapped
• Hand over cleanly to operations, because what you promise on the call is what they have to deliver
• Bring objections and patterns back to the product team
• Keep the CRM accurate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for hungry, well-spoken people early in their careers. Around 1–3 years of experience is typical, but we will happily take a brilliant fresher over a mediocre five-year veteran.

• Fluent English plus at least two of Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Marathi. Most of these calls do not happen in English.
• You can explain something legally complicated to an anxious person without patronising them or overselling
• You want a number attached to your work and you want to beat it
• You will learn property documentation properly. We will train you; you have to want it.
• Graduates from any discipline

COMPENSATION

₹5.5L – ₹6.5L fixed, plus ₹1.8L – ₹3.6L variable. On-target earnings ₹7.3L – ₹10.1L.

The variable is paid monthly against upsell performance and is uncapped.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• 30 days — trained on the product range, taking live calls with support
• 90 days — carrying a full target independently
• 1 year — consistently at or above quota, and the person others ask about hard calls

INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. Intro call (20 min), partly in your regional language
2. Live role-play (45 min) — a customer who has bought an encumbrance certificate and does not know what to do next
3. Judgement round (30 min) — situations where the right answer is not to sell
4. Founder conversation (30 min)

We move fast. The whole process takes under a week.
