About the role

I'm Sacha, Chief of Staff at Dataleap. I own our existing customers, and I need someone alongside me to help our current accounts win with Dataleap.

This isn't a sales role. Your job is to make the customers we already have wildly successful, to walk into their organizations, find the people who want to build agents, and help them actually do it. You'll run adoption on the ground: sit with teams, understand their work, build agents alongside them, unblock them, and turn curious users into daily believers. When a customer succeeds, it's because you made it happen.

We're building out our German office, and this is the moment to get in. You'll work directly with me and our team on the ground. As we scale, this role has a real path to grow into a full-time role in the Growth team at Dataleap, more ownership, bigger accounts, deeper work. This is your chance to show what you've got, and I'll make sure it's the fastest growth of your career.

What you'll own

• Customer adoption. Drive real usage inside our existing accounts. Find the champions, enable them, and help them pay it forward across their org.
• Building agents alongside customers. Sit with their teams, understand the messy details of their work, and build agents in Dataleap that solve real problems. You prove the value by shipping it.
• Being the trusted partner. Become the person our customers love to have in the room, the one who gets their world, makes them better, and makes them feel taken care of.
• Training and enablement. Run workshops, hackathons, and hands-on sessions that turn non-technical teams into confident agent builders.
• Being the voice of the customer. Feed what you learn back to me, product, and engineering. Push hard for what our customers need.
• Automate your own role with Dataleap. We build AI employees for a living, and you'll live in the product you're helping customers adopt. Build agents that eliminate the manual parts of your own job instead of doing them by hand.

• You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English. Based in Munich or ready to move here.
