Position Summary
Thales has a vacancy for a Logistics Clerk to function as a contributing member of the Vault team to perform various duties, such as receiving, storing and shipping cards, maintaining associated records and generating necessary paperwork and electronic files in accordance with required procedures, to the highest standards of accuracy and security in an HSE, security and WCE conscientious environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Inspect, verify, count, receive and store new card shipments in the designated aisles safely and securely and following logistics and quality procedures.
• Follow security procedures when receiving and shipping cards. • Accurately perform necessary inventory transactions for cards in the ERP system and timely update all related logbooks.
• Control access to the vault and ensure a timely and accurate service is provided to other departments, following vault security guidelines and procedures.
• Perform daily duties: Issue picklists without delay, Fast exchange of rework cards, Issue Test cards for TVF requests, Daily Cycle Count, Transaction verification and filing.
• Investigate and resolve any card issuance issues and bring them to management's attention when appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or higher with good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus, but not a hard requirement.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to wear safety shoes at all times.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours during shifts.
• Ability to work flexible hours and flexibility to work varying shifts as per business requirements.

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash 38,000.00 - 45,000 CDN Annual.
