Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Elaborates the requirements and supports in the test hardware design and development.
- Contributes to the hardware architectural design and generates associated manufacturing definition files (Bill of material (BOM), electrical interconnection and wiring details (ICD)).
- Performs CAD activities (Electrical CAD) for wiring harness for racks/cabinets and electrical interfaces.
- Develops supporting documents like technical construction file, user and maintenance manuals.
- Participates in the integration activities and verification phases of test benches/ building blocks.
Skills Required
Experience- 4yrs-7yrs
- COTS Test & Measurement equipment - Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
- Electronics Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, circuit design, and schematic development using ORCAD/Cadence Allegro,AUTOCAD
- HW IVVQ Testing- Perform hardware integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities, ensuring systems meet functional and quality requirements.
Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, WEEE, CE Marking, DO-160, and manufacturing standards like IPC-610 and IPC-620.
Design and develop hardware solutions, prepare circuit schematics, electrical interfaces, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
