FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR (STARLINK AVIATION)
SpaceX is seeking a Fulfilment Coordinator to support the production and fulfillment of aviation hardware. This role is responsible for ensuring customer kits are accurately assembled, packaged, and shipped on time to meet installation schedules and delivery commitments. The position combines hands-on fulfillment and shipping responsibilities with flexible support across production operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable supporting both fulfillment operations and general production needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and execute the timely shipment of customer kits containing aviation hardware, ensuring all orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched to meet customer installation schedules and delivery commitments.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when packing shipments to guarantee accuracy of contents, proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with packaging standards.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to consistently meet weekly shipping targets and complete assigned work allocations on schedule.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to maintain accurate and up-to-date Engineering Models (EMs); proactively identify and flag any discrepancies in Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Safely move and transport hardware throughout the factory as required to support production flow.
- Provide flexible support to production operations, including cycle counting, kitting, and delivery of parts between work cells as needed.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, order picker, pallet wrapper, etc.
- Ensure accuracy in packing and documentation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 1+ years of coordination, inventory or scheduling experience in a manufacturing or administrative environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or production support.
- Experience reading and working from work instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), or engineering documentation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using a PC.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly shipping goals.
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, or kitting processes is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work one of the following shifts: 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Shifts are subject to change.
- Standing for long periods of time, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Level 1: $22.00 - $25.00
Level 2: $24.50 - $29.00
Level 3: $27.00 - $32.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
