In this position, you will serve as a key business systems advisor, advancing enterprise business capabilities through strategic analysis, process transformation, and technology-enabled solutions. This role drives organizational performance by evaluating highly complex business challenges, developing scalable system strategies, and delivering recommendations that support long-term operational and business objectives.
Working cross-functionally with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and Information Technology teams, this role leads major business systems initiatives, strengthens governance practices, and supports the development of enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and organizational effectiveness.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead corporate business analysis initiatives supporting strategic programs, operational transformation, and organizational objectives.
Develop business requirements, solution strategies, process models, and functional specifications for complex enterprise initiatives.
Evaluate business processes, system capabilities, and organizational needs to develop scalable business solutions.
Recommend system enhancements and technology solutions that align with enterprise priorities and long-term business strategies.
Lead corporate business system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives.
Provide strategic functional leadership throughout solution design, testing, deployment, and organizational adoption activities.
Evaluate business system performance and recommend improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness and user experience.
Partner with Information Technology leadership to prioritize enterprise technology initiatives and business system investments.
Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align business systems with organizational strategy and operational priorities.
Provide strategic guidance on enterprise process improvements, technology initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
Facilitate executive discussions, business process reviews, and solution planning sessions for complex initiatives.
Support enterprise programs requiring advanced business systems expertise and operational analysis.
Lead initiatives that improve enterprise business processes, system utilization, governance practices, and reporting capabilities.
Evaluate business system governance frameworks and recommend scalable improvements that strengthen operational consistency.
Develop enterprise standards, documentation, and best practices for business systems and operational processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that advance business system effectiveness and organizational performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience in business systems analysis, business analysis, information systems, operations, project management, or a related discipline.
Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies, enterprise systems, business process transformation, and process architecture.
Expertise in requirements engineering, workflow optimization, solution architecture, and enterprise process modeling.
Strong proficiency in evaluating highly complex business processes, system capabilities, integration requirements, data flows, and operational dependencies.
Strategic understanding of systems integration, process governance, solution scalability, and technology capabilities supporting complex business environments.
Advanced analytical judgment in translating complex operational requirements, process gaps, and system constraints into scalable business system solutions.
Business acumen in aligning business systems, process capabilities, solution investments, and operational priorities with long-term organizational objectives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience with business systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent applications.
Expertise in business process management, collaboration, and documentation tools, e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
Business intelligence and reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent applications.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.
Proficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements.
Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies.
