About You and The Role
As Zipline's partner ecosystem continues to grow, so does the opportunity to reach more customers through the brands people already know and trust. We're looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to build partner marketing into a scalable growth channel. You'll develop the strategy, systems, and relationships that turn partnerships into measurable customer acquisition, successful market launches, and long-term growth for both Zipline and our partners. You'll own the marketing relationship with strategic partners from strategy through execution, developing co-marketing programs, setting priorities, and creating repeatable ways to help partners grow while driving customer acquisition and growth for Zipline.
What You'll Do
• Build Zipline's partner marketing strategy, operating model, and playbooks to scale partnerships across markets and partner types.
• Own the marketing relationship with strategic partners, developing joint marketing plans that support partner objectives and Zipline's growth priorities.
• Lead integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, support market launches, and create measurable value for both Zipline and our partners.
• Turn partner-owned channels, audiences, and resources into scalable acquisition and awareness programs.
• Establish how partnership opportunities are evaluated, prioritized, and measured based on business impact, audience reach, partner value, and execution capacity.
• Create repeatable planning, measurement, and reporting processes that improve the effectiveness of partner marketing over time.
• Identify new partnership opportunities that expand Zipline's reach and create new customer acquisition channels.
What You'll Bring
• 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Experience building and scaling partner marketing or co-marketing programs—not just executing campaigns.
• A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through external partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building skills with partner marketing, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, commercial, and external teams.
• Comfort building structure in ambiguous environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success, measure performance, and make informed investment and prioritization decisions.
• Ability to work onsite from Zipline's South San Francisco office.
