Founding Engineer, Founder's Office
What you need
- 1-6 yrs of experience in operations and robotics or hardware
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on technical work
- Comfortable with Python, Linux, Claude, and Cursor
- Takes tasks from start to finish without being chased
- Willing to work on-site in Noida, Delhi NCR
What you'll do
- Help founders with whatever matters most each week
- Run day-to-day operations at the robot operations centre
- Set up robot stations: arms, teleop rigs, cameras, compute
- Source and buy robots and hardware in India and abroad
- Manage robot operators and their shifts

- Based in Delhi NCR, on site in Noida
Details
- Noida, on-site, full-time
- ₹15-30 LPA depending on experience
- Reports directly to the founders
