Yoshihiko Miyauchi

Mr. Yoshihiko Miyauchi has been the Chairman of ORIX Corp. since April 2000 and its Chief Executive Officer since 1980 and also its Representative Executive Officer since June 2003. Mr. Miyauchi serves as the Chairman of ORIX Leasing Singapore. He serves as Vice Chairman of Sony Corp. He serves as Councilor of Nippon-Keidanren (Japan Business Federation). He has been the Chief Executive Officer and Representative Executive Officer since 1980. He has been the Chairman of ORIX Corp. since April 2000. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ORIX Corp. from 1980 to April 2000. He serves as Senior Advisor of Dream Incubator Inc. He began his career at Nichimen & Co. Ltd. in 1960 and worked for four years before entering ORIX Corp. as one of the founding 13 members in 1964. Mr. Miyauchi was the President of the Council for Regulatory Reform. He is a Member of Global Advisory Board of The Longreach Group. He served as Vice Chairman of Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives). He has been an Executive Director of Access Company, Ltd. since April 2006 and IL&FS Securities Services Ltd. He also serves as a Director at NHK International, Inc. and Nippon Venture Capital Co. Ltd. He is a Member of Executive Council of Unison Capital, Inc. He is a Member of International Advisory Committee of NYSE Euronext, Inc. He was the Chairman of Asian Leasing Association. Mr. Miyauchi is a Member of Governing Board of Indian School of Business. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington in the United States in 1960 and a BA degree from the School of Business Administration of Kwansei Gakuin University in 1958
