Vivian Fu

Fu Lei has over 9 years of work experience with UOBVM since early 2002. She has helped with the establishment of UOBVM's subsidiary and joint venture companies in China including UOBVM (Shanghai) Ltd., UOB-Centek Investment Consultancy (Beijing) Ltd., UOB Investment Consultancy (Beijing) Ltd., UOB Investment (China) Ltd, China F&B Venture Investment and its management company in SuZhou. As Head of Administration and Finance, she is responsible for managing the administrative and financial requirements of the Companies and is also responsible for corporate law related activities in investment and divestment. Prior to joining UOBVM, Fu Lei was Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice-President of PCCW (Hong Kong) Properties in Beijing from 2000 to 2002. She also worked as Executive Representative in the Beijing representative office of Zen International Resources Ltd. (Canada) before 2000. She holds a Master of Law from Peking University and a Bachelor of Economics from Beijing Second Foreign Language University. She is conversant in Chinese.
