Veniamin Golubitsky

Born April 28, 1957 in Perm. In 1979 he graduated from the Law Faculty in "jurisprudence", in 1981 - a post graduate courses. In 1981 - 1988 years. taught at universities in Sverdlovsk, 1988 - Senior Research Fellow, and since 1989 - Head of the Legal Department of the Institute of Philosophy and Law, UB RAS. In November 1993 he became the founder of the nonpartisan Public association "Transformation of the Urals", a member of the Association of all his compositions. In April 1996 he was elected to the Association of regional Duma deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sverdlovsk region, in May 1996, chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget, Finance and Taxes Regional Duma. From June 1998 - Chairman of the Board of Public nonpartisan association "Transformation of the Urals." In December 1999 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of Sverdlovsk region - Minister for State Property Management. In June 2002 he was appointed first deputy chairman of the government of the Sverdlovsk region - Minister for State Property Management. From October 2003 to May 2005 he served as chief of staff for the governor of the Sverdlovsk region.
