Alexei Muratov

Born in 1970 in Moscow. In 1987 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture. In 1996 he graduated from the French Institute of Management in Paris (Institut Francais de Formation aux Affaires et a la Gestion / IFAG-Paris). Since the mid-1990s to the early 2000s, worked as an architect and director of projects in various Russian and western design and construction organizations. Since 2002 - in the magazine "Project Russia". First as deputy editor, and since 2006 - the chief editor. Since 2008 Alexei Muratov also becomes chief editor of "Draft International». In 2008, playing curator (with Elena Gonzalez) exhibition "New City" at the Museum of Architecture. Shusev within the 1st Moscow International Biennale of Architecture. Winner of the "Golden Section" Union of Moscow Architects. Professor of International Academy of Architecture (Moscow branch).
