Teresa Ressel

Since 2012, Teresa serves on the Board of ON Semiconductor, a $4B NASDAQ public company serving on the Audit Committee & the Governance/Nominating committee. Teresa is a “financial expert” relative to compliance with the SEC and NASDAQ/NYSE criteria requirements on the audit committee. Since 2014, Teresa is also on the board of Atlantic Power, dual listed on the Toronto exchange and NYSE. Teresa is chair of their Compensation Committee, a member of the Nominating and Governance committee and recently anchored their search for a new CEO. Previously, Teresa worked across international banking and finance as CEO, UBS Securities LLC (U.S. division of UBS Investment Bank for 5+ years) and led UBS’ Americas region as Chief Operating Officer prior to her CEO tenure across the U.S./Canada and Latin America having handled the integration leadership role for several key acquisitions in both Canada and Brazil. Her industry experience spans Finance & Financial Services, Private Sector Technology at all levels, Defense & Manufacturing as well as the U.S. Government. Currently, Teresa complements her board activities as part of an international asset management firm across global investment strategies.
