Sean Maddock

Mr. Maddock is an Operating Partner of Z Capital. Mr. Maddock is a member of the Private Equity Investment/Operations Team and assists in the management and oversight of portfolio company initiatives including, but not limited to, international luxury hotel and destination resort management. Mr. Maddock has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and luxury travel industries. Prior to Z Capital, he served as the Regional Director of Operations at Evolution Hospitality and was responsible for overseeing acquisitions and the repositioning of hotels through renovation and expansion of food, beverage and entertainment offerings. Prior to Evolution Hospitality, Mr. Maddock spent several years at KSL Resorts, managing operations and the repositioning of world-famous hotel and spa destinations. While at KSL, he served as Vice President and General Manager at several leading properties, including The Homestead (VA), Arizona Biltmore and The Claremont Resort & Spa. Mr. Maddock previously gained operational experience working with some of the world’s largest hospitality brands, including Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Shangri-La Hotels. Mr. Maddock is a member of the Board of Directors for Long Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau, Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Arizona Hotel and Lodging Association. Mr. Maddock received his Bachelor of Arts in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Washington State University.
