Roland Toppen (1970) is CFRO and member of the Executive Committee of Robeco. Roland has been with Robeco since 1993. He has held various positions at Robeco since 1993, including most currently Head of Corporate Development & Business Control. From 2005 to 2008 he was the CFO of Robeco Investment Management in the USA. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and he completed his Ph.D. at Tilburg University in 1999 in the area of Business Process Redesign.
