Richard Turner

Richard is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship. Since founding Catalyst Richard has worked with and helped create over 50 companies including Razor Fish, TBSC, ClassWatch, and Claritum. Richard is a Director of Catalyst Talent a specialist recruitment company and Catalyst IFG a loan finance company. Richard’s early career was in Economic Development working for a variety of institutions including the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the UN. Richard joined KPMG in 1987 and became a partner in their East European Consultancy Practice in 1991. In 1993 Richard joined London Economics as head of Media and Communications consultancy. Richard founded Catalyst in 2000 building on his experiences as private investor in London. Richard holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Reading and is a qualified Corporate Financier.
