Rachel Pryor

Rachel graduated from Edinburgh University in 1989 with an Honours degree in Economics. After running and selling her own mail-order business, she began working as a corporate coach with Japanese companies in the UK. In 1999 Rachel was accredited with the highest global coaching qualification, that of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and works coaching executives within large organisations (for example, Shell, BP, LloydsTSB, Barclays, Hiroshima Sogo Bank, Allied Irish Bank, IBM), as well as many leaders of smaller businesses. She has coached over 400 clients 1-1, and amassed over 10,000 coaching hours, with special client-led interest in entrepreneurial effort, a balanced life, and a fulfilling, useful career. For 7 years a national director for the Arbinger Institute, she facilitated leadership seminars and events across industry and public services.
