Richard Davis

Richard Davis is an internationally recognized political leader with more than thirty years of experience in business and public affairs. Mr. Davis currently serves as a Partner in the Pegasus Sustainable Century Merchant Bank, a private equity firm specializing in sustainable development projects, and as Managing Director of Davis Manafort, a business development and public affairs consulting practice. His previous experience includes involvement in every presidential campaign since 1980. Most recently, he served as National Campaign Manager of Senator John S. McCain's 2008 presidential campaign, where he oversaw the development and implementation of campaign strategy and policy. He also served Senator McCain as National Campaign Manager for his 2000 Republican Presidential Primary campaign. He studied at the University of Alabama and is a Fellow at the Institute of Politics at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
