Nikolai Pronk

Nikolai Pronk joined Gilde in 1997 and has since been involved in numerous investments in The Netherlands and Germany including Synbra, Plastal and Norit. In 2004, Nikolai relocated to the Zurich office from where he co-led the investments in CABB, walter services, Stankiewicz, Hofmann-Menü and Powerlines. Nikolai returned to the Netherlands in 2010 where he led the investments in Teleplan International, TMC and HG. Nikolai is co-head of Gilde Buy Out Partners’ Dutch office. Prior to joining Gilde Nikolai completed a traineeship at MeesPierson as well as an internship with a Polish industrial company.
