Boudewijn Molenaar has been partner of Gilde Buy Out Partners since 1994. He has been involved in over 50 management buyouts ranging in value from €50 million to €600 million. Boudewijn’s transactions include the Plukon Royale, Swets & Zeitlinger, Nedschroef, Novagraaf, Heiploeg, Inversco, GB Ingredients, Norit and Drie Mollen buyouts. From 1986 to 1994 Boudewijn worked at ABN AMRO where he led the private equity activities in Europe from 1990 to 1994. Prior to this, Boudewijn served in the Royal Dutch Navy.
