Mr. NIGEL Taylor is a resident of Guernsey and has over 42 years’ experience in the public sector in areas of finance, business and investment related services. After a 30-year career with the Bank of England, he joined the Guernsey Financial Services Commission in 1988, and retired as Director of Investment Business in 2000. His duties at the Commission included the licensing of investment businesses and the authorisation of collective investment schemes and their continuing supervision and regulation.
