Caroline Zhuang

Caroline Zhuang joined Origo Partners Plc. as a Vice President in August 2011 and mainly responsible for deal sourcing and deal execution of cleantech and renewable energy investments in China. Prior to joining Origo, Caroline is a senior manager of PricewaterhouseCooper Corporate Finance team. She has led couples of renowned PE and M&A transactions in China as project in charge and accumulated extensive experience in company evaluation, deal structuring, modeling, due diligence and deal issues, negotiation strategy and support, termsheet and definitive agreements and etc. By serving buy-side or sell-side clients in multi-industries, she has built deep understanding of China’s multi industries including food & beverage, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, automotive and logistics. Caroline has involved in different type of investment including growth capital, buyout, inbound and outbound with investment amount of billions dollars in total. Caroline has also involved in the exit of a PE investment and led the company’s GEM board lPO in 2011. Before working in PwC Advisory, she has spent two years in Assurance in one of the big four accounting firms. Caroline graduated from Renmin University with BA in International Economics and earned MSc with distinction from ICMA Center of Reading University, UK. Caroline became a CFA charterholder in 2006 and she is a member of both HKSFA (Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts) and CFA China.
