Nelly Elkavets

Nelly Elkavets has led Valens’ Human Resources department for the past five years, overseeing the rapid growth of the company. Nelly brings over 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and Manager, from startups to global corporate companies. Nelly is responsible for defining and leading the company’s human resources growth targets, while identifying HR needs and developing HR processes. During her tenure, she has implemented a culture of organizational growth, while nurturing each employee’s talents and capabilities. Over the years, Nelly performed both hands-on and strategic roles with providing human resources expertise in building effective executive teams, establishing the HR infrastructure, multinational recruiting, coaching and management development, compensation, conflict resolution, organizational development, training and process implementation, and handling employee relations issues. Nelly holds an MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Psychology from Ben Gurion University. She is currently completing the Group Facilitation program at Tel Aviv University.
