Naoshir Vachha

Naoshir Vachha is the Group General Counsel and Managing Partner at Anthemis.

He brings highly valuable credentials as a dual qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in India, England and Wales. Naoshir advises on both the investment activities and the advisory engagements of the Group.

Previously, Naoshir was a corporate lawyer at Lawrence Graham LLP, where he advised a range of private and public company clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, and investment strategy for investing in India. He also advised companies looking to list on the Alternative Investment Market. Naoshir has an LLB from the University of Mumbai. He is a coffee and whisky connoisseur and a budding golfer.
