Michael S. Falk

Michael is a Co-Founder of Comvest Partners. He is a member of the investment committees of all of Comvest funds and focuses on firmwide management and oversight. Prior to Comvest, Mr. Falk founded Commonwealth Associates, a lower middle market focused merchant and investment bank. Commonwealth arranged approximately $900 million of equity and debt financings in order to finance operations, acquisitions, or restructuring of more than 100 technology, healthcare and services businesses. Mr. Falk received a B.A. in Economics from Queens College and attended the Stanford University Executive Program for Small Businesses.
