Andrew Joy

Andrew is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring equity investments. He has a generalist focus with experience in the industrials, transportation, and media sectors. Prior to joining Comvest, Andrew worked as an investment banking analyst in Morgan Joseph’s Financial Restructuring Group, where he executed a number of distressed M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions across a number of industry verticals. Andrew graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
