Meggy Chung

Meggy was appointed to her current role as Head of Data Services for APAC and EMEA in July 2018. In this role, she is responsible for delivering innovative data solutions for Citi’s Global Consumer Banking (GCB) business across 17 countries in APAC and EMEA. As part of her responsibilities, Meggy will be spearheading and directing the strategic development of the bank’s data capabilities to accelerate the deployment of analytics, insights and scalable data-driven omni-channel solutions that will provide insights and add value to Citi across all its customer engagement channels. Prior to her current role, Meggy was the Head of Infrastructure Service Delivery, where she had oversight of the seamless delivery of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure services covering all aspects of service, risks and financials to Citi’s GCB business in APAC and EMEA. Meggy moved from London to join Citi in Singapore in 2014, where she managed the APAC infrastructure services for the GCB business.
