Matthias Wilcken

Matthias Wilcken joined Gilde Buy Out Partners in 2012. Previously, he worked for 4 years at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), headquartered in London, where he covered the German speaking region out of ICG’s Frankfurt office. Matthias was responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing subordinated debt and minority equity financing transactions. Additionally, he served as observer on the supervisory boards of three portfolio companies. Prior to ICG, Matthias worked for ca. 7 years in the Investment Banking/Leveraged Finance division of Goldman Sachs International in London.
