Matthew Caffrey 's job is hugely varied and enjoyable. As co-lead of the healthcare team, he spend time building national sector knowledge through meeting entrepreneurs, advisors and specialists. Working out of the Midlands, he is also exposed to a broad spectrum of local industries and businesses. Part of his role is to build long-term relationships which turn into ISIS investments and partnerships. In a previous life, he was with Rothschild and Deloitte.
