Amy Yateman Smith

Amy Yateman Smith work with companies across their investment period, right through to the eventual exit. She enjoy working closely with management teams: sharing in their successes, helping them overcome the challenges - and not forgetting to have a bit of fun along the way. She graduated from Warwick before training as an accountant at KPMG. Post qualification she moved into their Transaction Services department where she spent three years advising private equity and corporate clients on due diligence and strategic option development across a wide variety of transactions. This experience gave me the opportunity to get a detailed understanding of the drivers of growth and success in a business.
