Kim Henneforth

Kim Henneforth is a Partner and Head of Ecosystem Management at Anthemis, where she shapes and connects efforts across capital, community, brand, and culture to strengthen the firm’s ecosystem. She blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery across Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, People & Culture, and Portfolio Relations.

Kim joined Anthemis as Chief of Staff to Founder and CEO Amy Nauiokas, bringing over a decade of experience in digital transformation and client strategy within financial services.  Prior to joining Anthemis, Kim was Head of Digital Alignment at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she was responsible for digital investor strategy, connecting digital client experience across the organization. Before Morgan Stanley, she was part of the Equity Derivatives sales teams at both Barclays and Credit Suisse, building the banks’ pricing and trading platforms for Retail Structured Products and driving digital initiatives to grow revenue, cut costs and streamline efficiency. Kim started her career in Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations at Cantor Fitzgerald and Cantor’s electronic platform eSpeed, which was bought by NASDAQ in 2013. Kim graduated from Northeastern University with a dual concentration in Finance & Economics and Marketing.
