Ken Wotton

At ISIS Ken Wotton has been able to build upon a relationship with the management of Netcall, a provider of customer engagement software and services, which started in an advisory capacity when he worked at Evolution. A small company whose management he always held in high regard, he maintained contact when he joined ISIS and monitored the company’s progress. The relationship moved on when the company needed equity funding to make the strategic acquisition of Telephonetics during 2010. They acted as a cornerstone investor in the deal which together with further investments through the market enabled us to become the largest investor in the company and they are now very closely engaged with the board on strategic issues. They remain a committed shareholder and they are excited about the company’s prospects.
