Kandice Stephens joined Preston Hollow Capital in September 2014 as Director of Operations. Kandice is responsible for management of the company’s back office operations, supporting all Preston Hollow Capital trading and investment activity. She has worked in the financial services industry for more than 35 years, managing various aspects of treasury, operations, settlement, custodial and accounting. Prior to joining Preston Hollow Capital, Kandice served as Director of Operations in ORIX USA’s Dallas headquarters, where she was responsible for management of back office support for all of the company’s commercial real estate, municipal and corporate credit investment and trading functions as well as insurance/risk management. In more than 31 years with ORIX USA, Kandice held various senior management functions including positions held as Corporate Income Tax Director, Division Controller in Los Angeles and SVP of Operations in Atlanta. Kandice started her career with Rauscher Pierce, a Dallas-based brokerage firm, after graduating from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics.
