John Caple

John has led investments in a variety of industry sectors including transportation/logistics, business services, retail/consumer and industrials. John is responsible for all key aspects of the investment process with extensive experience in assisting companies with both balance sheet and operational restructurings and is a member of the Investment Committee.He completed his MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania & BA in Economics from Stanford University. Prior to joining Comvest, John was a Principal at Bayside Capital, the distressed investing vehicle of HIG Capital. Prior to that, John was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company where he led diligence assignments for some of the largest private equity funds in both the U.S. and Europe. John holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Stanford University.
