Ian Lobley

Ian is Managing Partner (Asset Management Group) at 3i - a leading international investment manager focused on mid-market private equity and infrastructure. Ian has been an investor with 3i for 30 years where, in addition to a number of board roles, he is a member of the Group Investment Committee and on the board of 3i Infrastructure plc (the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure fund). Ian has been an active board member on a wide variety of companies across 3 continents and numerous sectors. Those boards have included both private and public companies with a number of ownership dynamics including institutionally-owned, founder-owned and startups.
