Aaron joined 3i in 2013 as a Director in the Infrastructure team in the London office, with a primary focus on investment origination and execution in the midstream energy and transportation sectors. Prior to 3i, Aaron worked for HRL Morrison & Co, a major Australasian-based infrastructure fund manager, where he also focused on investments in the midstream energy and transportation sectors. Prior to this, Aaron was a Project Leader for the Boston Consulting Group where he primarily worked for clients in the industrial goods sector in Australasia and North America. Aaron holds a B.Com from the University of Canterbury and a M.B.A. (Distinction) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
